By accessing and using AI Sales Agent ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
AI Sales Agent provides an automated voice calling platform powered by Artificial Intelligence for outbound sales and lead qualification. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that AI Sales Agent assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Do-Not-Call Implementation Act.
Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Usage credits (minutes) reset at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified in your plan.
In no event shall AI Sales Agent, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
